Misconductores is a transport management and driver hiring platform developed for a company in Mexico. The platform connects transport companies with professional drivers, allowing companies to register their businesses, find suitable drivers, and manage their hiring requirements, while drivers can discover relevant job opportunities and connect with companies looking for transportation professionals.
The platform was designed to simplify the traditional process of finding drivers and transport-related employment by bringing companies and drivers together through a centralized digital marketplace.
The application was developed using the MERN Stack, with AWS S3 for file storage and Stripe for subscription-based payments.
The Challenge
Transport companies often face difficulties finding suitable drivers for different types of transportation services. At the same time, drivers may struggle to discover relevant employment opportunities from companies that match their experience and requirements.
